“We use our early careers work and apprenticeship programmes to ‘grow our own’. For example Nursing, Radiography, Pharmacy, ODP, OT, Project Management, and Leadership. We try to recruit our nursing and AHP apprentices from our existing Healthcare Support Worker pool, and our Kickstart programme saw 78% of learners move into employment or higher education, upon completion of the programme.”
