About the role:

As the Principal Change Analyst, you will collaborate with the Project Implementation Manager and the broader IWFM program team to facilitate the implementation of the IWFM program rostering solution to all HHSs within Queensland.  This will be delivered through a culturally responsive, consumer/person focused business transformation program that meets the needs of Queensland Health staff while enacting directions and priorities to achieve defined outcomes, targets and key performance indicators.

The role will work closely with the implementation team and business analysts to understand the business process impacts relating to the introduction of an enterprise rostering solution for Hospital and Health Service (HHS) staff.

About the Integrated Workforce Management Program: 

The Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program is a key strategic initiative for Queensland Health that will enhance the roster-to-pay process, deliver positive outcomes to support enhanced workforce management and drive the delivery of tangible benefits for both Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and the Department of Health, through improved tools, processes, and access to workforce decision-support information where and when it is needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change preferably in a ICT program/project(s) within a healthcare environment.
  • Advanced problemÔÇôsolving skills and ability to operationalise solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Proven ability to deliver change activities across a number of program deliverables unguided and alongside clinical and administrative leaders.
  • Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders within a healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience in managing, supporting and mentoring change management teams
  • Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
