Carter Wellington are accepting applications for ENT Specialist Physicians for our client based on the North Island in New Zealand
The ideal applicant will have general Otorhinolaryngology experience, ideally with subspecialist interest in Otology and/or Rhinology/Paediatrics. The successful applicant will support the current consultant team who provide subspecialty Otological and Head and Neck surgery.
This position is based at Palmerston North Hospital, a 350 bed hospital in the city of Palmerston North, Manawatu, a city in the Lower North Island of New Zealand. Palmerston North Hospital is a secondary hospital and offers most medical and surgical specialities with the exception of Cardiothoracic, Plastic and Neurosurgery. The hospital serves a local population of 186,000 but is the base for a regional head and neck oncology service which has responsibility for a population of 550,000 and draws patients from Whanganui, Taranaki, and Hawkes Bay. To be eligible for this position you must have completed your training in any of the following locations, and hold corresponding qualification:
