Carter Wellington are inviting applications from western qualified and experienced Nurse Managers with Specialty Clinic experience to join our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The hospital complex is the most modern medical institution among the Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals with 350 bed capacity and serves military beneficiaries, it's dependents, hospital employees and other beneficiaries in the Eastern Province. The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.

Job Summary:

Plans, coordinates and directs patient care to adhere to optimal evidence based standards of patient care delivery in a cost effective manner. Ensures the education, orientation and evaluation of all staff is performed in such a manner as to maintain high levels of competency in accordance with the hospitals policies procedures and national health regulatory bodies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Valid professional license in the country of origin
  • Eligible for registration with SCFHS as Specialist or higher.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in nursing, including 2+ years of informal or formal leadership or development as a leader.
  • Active participation in or have co-led or led a Performance Improvement project or initiative. Preferably have participation in accreditations (JCI, CBAHI, similar) as a leader.
  • Preferably have Magnet Journey experience or accreditation.
