Types of Patients:

• Adult/Pediatric Orthopedic, e.g., joint replacements, tumour resections, soft tissue releases, scoliosis (anterior and posterior resections), brachial plexus repair, spinal cord stimulator insertion, adult spine surgery, osteogenesis imperfecta, minimally invasive surgical procedures for adult spine, sports injuries (e.g., knee/shoulder arthroscopy)
• Plastic Surgery, e.g., abdominoplasty/liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction/mammoplasty, pressure sore management, serial burn reconstruction, hemangioma debulking, septorhinoplasty, tissue expanders, cleft lip/palate repair, congenital defect repair (e.g., syndactyly), flaps/grafts for microvascular procedures, tendon transfer, VAC therapy for complex wounds

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Post degree course/certificate in Pain Management
• Valid registration/ license as a Nurse
• Preferably with Nursing Specialist registration in the Saudi Council or Higher
• BCLS Certification
• Rapid Response Certification
• Certificate/Knowledge in Pharmacology
• Minimum of TWO (2) years of general medical/surgical experience
• Minimum of TWO (2) years experience in a critical care setting
• Minimum of ONE (1) year Pain Management experience
• Preferably with previous experience in Middle East multicultural health care delivery setting.
