We are currently seeking a dedicated Aesthetician/Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome clients as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming environmentSchedule appointments for clients and handle any necessary rescheduling or cancellationsManage the clinic's calendar and maintain an organized system for tracking appointmentsAnswer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing client queries and concernsProvide clients with accurate and detailed information about our treatments, services, and pricingAssist the aesthetician by preparing treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary suppliesPerform aesthetic treatments like facials, waxing, and body treatments on clients, as neededManage product inventory, restocking as necessary and ensuring that products are correctly priced and labelledProcess client transactions, including accepting payments and issuing receiptsMaintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming to clients at all timesUphold the clinic's standards of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team membersRequirementsAesthetician certification or relevant qualification is a plusPrevious experience in the aesthetics industry, ideally within a clinic in LondonProven reception and administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a small teamA genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancementsFlexibility to adapt to the needs of the clinic and its patientsIf you are a dedicated and experienced Patient Advisor looking to join a world-class clinic, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
