Job Role: Part-Time AestheticianLocation: Knightsbridge, LondonWorking Hours: 3 days a weekSalary: Up to £20 PH plus commission structureWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time aesthetician to join our fast-paced clinic located in Knightsbridge, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a leading doctor in the industry and contribute to the success of our clinic.Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments and procedures to clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivering outstanding results.Collaborate with the lead doctor in assessing client needs and developing customized treatment plans.Conduct thorough and accurate consultations with clients to determine their goals and address any concerns or questions.Administer Hydrafacial and Emsculpt treatments, with preference given to candidates with prior experience.Utilize strong sales skills to educate clients on available services and products, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of skincare, dermatological issues, and current industry trends in order to provide expert advice to clients.Consistently adhere to clinic protocols and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.Maintain excellent record-keeping and documentation related to treatments and client progress.Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.Qualifications:NVQ Level 4 or 5 qualification in Aesthetician studies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of advanced aesthetic procedures.Preferably, experience with Hydrafacial and Emsculpt treatments. However, candidates with similar experience will also be considered.Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced clinic environment, providing exceptional customer service and achieving client satisfaction.Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell treatments and products to clients.In-depth knowledge of dermatological issues, skincare products, and treatments.Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and address their concerns and expectations.A high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of work.Compensation:The successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay rate of up to £20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a commission structure will be in place to reward successful upselling of services.
