Job Description: Registered General Nurse (RGN) at Parkdean Nursing Home:We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Parkdean Nursing Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.Responsibilities:Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care for residents.Ensuring all medical records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a doctor or according to the home's policies.Providing emotional support to residents and their families.Requirements:Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification, such as a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).Experience of working in a nursing home environment, preferably with elderly residents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.Strong organisational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads effectively.A commitment to delivering high standards of care.
