Job Description:To deliver high quality, effective and individualized nursing care that is compassionate, caring, and in line with evidence based professional practice.To assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate nursing care plans without supervision.To undertake risk assessments and contribute to the reduction of vulnerable patients coming to harm.To provide clinical areas with mental health expertise.To support the department/ward-based nursing team in the development of mental health guidance.To work as one of the department/ward-based nursing team in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care without direct supervision.To work flexibly between clinical environments on one hospital site depending on the needs of the service.
