Job Description:Holding RC responsibility for patients detained under the MHA and responsibility for voluntary patients;Providing clinical leadership to the MDT in assessment, treatment and discharge planning for patients following the acute care pathway;Weekly MDT Reviews;CPAs, Discharge planning, community and family liaisons;Working in collaboration with MDT to monitor day to day progress and evaluation of treatment plans as needed;Ensure MDT completion of agreed treatment plans;Cross cover arrangements for annual leave/sickness absence;Preparation of tribunal/Hospital Managers reports and attending the hearing;The post holder will have responsibility for providing weekly clinical supervision to the Specialty Doctor.
