By designing better drugs, faster, we believe the best ideas of science can rapidly become the best medicines for patients.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Administration Assistant to support our Executive Assistants in the office of the CEO CFO. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and an eye for detail.You will support in managing complex calendars, prioritising appointments and protecting time, as well as helping to facilitate events and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. You will also support on a variety of interesting projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.Please note this is a hybrid role and regular travel is required to our office in Oxford, UK (approx. 3 days per week), with flexibility to work from home the remaining time. We are a flexible working organisation and were willing to consider various options which would provide similar contact time with the team.You will have the opportunity to: Support in organising key meetings including preparing agendas, distributing materials, documenting minutes and facilitating onsite hospitality. Proactively identify and address upcoming priorities, deadlines, and potential issues. Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist across team projects. This may include work with the wider EA and Communications team. Conduct research and compile data on projects as needed. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.Requirements Prior experience in a PA or administrative position, preferably in an industry setting. Strong ability to build trust and interpersonal relationships with confidence to work alone, or as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve. Resilience to deal with changing plans and ability to respond calmly to requests from the leadership team. Effective and precise written and spoken communication skills.
