Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) at PARTNERSHIPS IN CARE LTD UNITWe are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the team at PARTNERSHIPS IN CARE LTD UNIT. The successful candidate will provide professional mental health nursing care for patients in a secure and therapeutic environment.Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care plans.Provide high quality nursing care to patients with mental health issues.Administer medication and monitor its effects on the patient's condition.Maintain accurate records of patient care plans and progress notes.Carry out risk assessments to identify potential risks or problems associated with each patient's condition.Requirements:Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.Previous experience working in a mental health setting is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
