We are looking to welcome a new Sleeping Nights Support Worker to our team, working with a bright and bubbly young lady with autism that has just moved in to her own home in Reigate. This role will see you working Tuesday and Friday nights with this young lady from 6pm through to 9am, between the hours of 10pm and 7am you will have the use of your own bedroom in the flat and be classed as sleeping, from 7am onwards you will support her in preparing herself for the day and attending to her personal care. We are seeking an individual with:A fun and happy outlook on life.Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Strong communication skills and experience working with behaviours that challenge. For the successful candidates this job is not only extremely rewarding, working as part of a large team but it also offers extensive training with certificates and an opportunity to move forward into a career in Brain Injury and Learning Disabilities Support.
