Job Description:To support the Head of Learning and Development and the training team in the planning, development and provision of training for staff and external clients.To facilitate and provide training to staff and external clients in statutory/essential training. Subjects may include but are not limited to: Basic Life Support, Conflict Resolution, Moving and Handling, Recognizing the Deteriorating Patient & Sepsis and Clinical Observations.Evaluate the courses delivered and inform the Head of Learning and Development and training team of any areas for review and development.Promote the importance of good clinical practice across the organization.The training delivered will meet organizational policy & national policy directives, for example, NICE guidelines, Resuscitation Council guidelines.
