The Clinical Nurse Manager will have responsibility for the overall operations of the nursing unit including financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction. The clinical manager of the nursing department will have direct reporting responsibility to a designated nursing director.The Units of focus:PCU/Mixed Acuity units, in the areas only level 1 trauma centerInpatient Oncology unitGastro & Medical Surgical patients.
