About the Role

You will lead a team focussed on delivering best practice health outcomes for mothers and their families accessing maternity services. You will have an advanced knowledge of contemporary nursing and midwifery practice which you will use to act as a clinical resource and professional mentor for your team. You will apply compassionate communication and leadership skills to positively engage, motivate and mentor team members to achieve best practice health outcomes for patients.
