Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Speech Therapist to join our team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients with various communication and swallowing disorders.Responsibilities:Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient's specific needs and goals.Provide therapy to improve patients' speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing function.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and company standards.Requirements:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Schedule:Part-time, flexible hours.
