To be successful in this role you will have:

• Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in kidney nursing practice.
• Experience in resourcing a renal dialysis unit, including, monitoring the utilisation and ordering of clinical consumables.
• Demonstrated ability at an advanced level to effectively coordinate, plan, implement and evaluate complex care activities

Requirements for the role:

• Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and/or registration/endorsement with the appropriate registration authority or association. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to commencement of clinical duties. Current registration with the Australian Health Practice Registration Authority (APHRA) as a registered nurse and current practising certificate is mandatory.
• Post graduate qualification in Nursing or working towards is highly desirable.
• At least 3 years' experience in haemodialysis.
