The Facility: A 360-bed teaching hospital, this facility is a leading provider in healthcare that provides a large range of services in all specialty areas. In addition, outreach specialist and allied health services, rural and remote regions and clinical and retrieval support to regional hospitals, teaching and reference services for northern Australia and Southeast Asia, with rural and remote medical training placements, pharmaceutical services for the hospital and surrounding community area, 24 hour emergency and critical care and support for air medical service, and renal satellite services.
The Role: To provide high quality Infectious Diseases specialist care through participation in: inpatients, outpatients and Hospital in the Home clinical services on a temporary (12 month) part-time 0.6 FTE basis.
The Requirements:
Current registration with AHPRA (or ability to gain registration)
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (or ability to gain)
