The Role Our client is seeking dedicated a Senior ED Registrar within their expanding Emergency Department (ED). The department is led by a team of proactive and encouraging Emergency Consultants and Nurses. In the position of an Emergency Doctor, you will be exposed to a wide range of Emergency Medicine cases and will have the chance to employ various management techniques.
Your responsibilities will include providing support in procedural sedation, airway management and ventilation, fracture reduction, complex laceration repair, and other invasive diagnostic procedures. The role also offers ample opportunities for research, mentorship, and personal development. There will be opportunities for suitable doctors to spend 20 per cent of their time in one of the following specialties:
Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Anaesthetics
Orthopaedics Fracture Clinics
General Paediatrics
Geriatrics
General Medicine

The Hospital The Department sees approximately 25,000 patients per annum with a large paediatric population.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent,
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Emergency Department experience in a clinical capacity and demonstrating competency in a range of routine and common emergency procedural skills.
