Job Description: Aesthetician (Part-Time with opportunity for full-time)Location: Harrow on the Hill, LondonWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our team at our Harrow on the Hill location in London. This position initially offers a part-time schedule with the possibility of becoming a full-time role as the clientele grows. Flexibility in selecting workdays can be provided for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional aesthetic treatments to clients, demonstrating knowledge and expertise in various procedures.Conduct consultations with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate treatments.Perform HydraFacial, laser hair removal, micro needling, radio frequency, chemical peels and skin pen treatments.Educate and advise clients on skincare routines, including the benefits of using Obagi products.Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.Keep up-to-date on industry trends, treatment techniques, and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and harmonious work environment.Requirements:Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.Additional training and certifications in HydraFacial, laser hair removal, micro needling, radio frequency, and skin pen procedures.Knowledge of the Obagi skincare range is desired but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.Strong understanding of skincare science, facial anatomy, and different skin types.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide appropriate recommendations.Professional demeanour and appearance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.A flexible schedule with the availability to work 3 days a week, with potential for increased hours as the clientele expands.Passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to continuously learning and improving skills.Compensation:The Aesthetician position offers competitive compensation of up to £16 per hour plus commission structure depending on qualifications and experience.If you are a skilled Aesthetician looking for a part-time opportunity with the potential for growth into a full-time role, and you are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you.
