Job descriptionThe Senior Analyst Corporate Compliance will work collaboratively within the Compliance Department as a compliance policy subject matter expert (SME) and with other teammates throughout the organization. Areas of focus include Anti-Kickback Statute, Antitrust, Beneficiary Inducement and the False Claims Act.ResponsibilitiesBecome a SME of compliance policies. Management and oversight of day-to-day operations of the Compliance QUESTionLine. Ownership and maintenance of data and reporting for the Compliance Policies Team. Support to the departments policy monitoring activities aimed at mitigating compliance risk. Support Compliance Director on special projects as needed.Review inquiries received and triage as appropriate. For compliance questions, provide timely policy guidance to teammates and document clearly within system (EthicsPoint).Understand and be able to interpret compliance policies to provide appropriate guidance.Communicate policies, procedures, and potential risk in an easily digestible manner.Analyze data to define and understand problems, perform research, and evaluate alternatives to assist leadership in decision making regarding program enhancements or areas of improvement.Escalate issues to leadership, legal, and/or the Investigations team, as appropriate.Review and track compliance forms and approvals related to policies.Help review and provide feedback for compliance policies, trainings and job aids as needed.Participate in committees or independently review forms and requests for compliance risk and provide appropriate guidance and/or approvals.Monitoring Responsibilities:Perform compliance monitoring activities to verify accuracy of data and adherence to policies and processes.Analyze, investigate, and resolve concerns that arise from monitoring activities.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of monitoring activities.Collect data, analyze, and summarize metrics and trends for upper management.Provide education, guidance, and corrective action to teammates of various levels.Develop and project manage initiatives that include clear objectives, milestones, and action items.Maintain appropriate confidentiality with personal and sensitive data.Qualifications/Skills/Behaviors Required for Success in this Position:Bachelors Degree required.Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience required.
