The Role The hospital are seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Registrar’s. The ED has 20 treatment areas including 4 consulting rooms, a plaster room, an eye room, 12 general cubicles and 2 resuscitation beds. It is also the regional Trauma Centre.
The Location This vibrant regional city is located between Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney. Just over a three hour drive from Melbourne the hospital is one of Australia’s largest regional centres. There are also regular flights to Melbourne or Sydney where you would be in less than 1 hour. There are plenty of things to see and do with beautiful parklands hugging the riverbanks that provide a picturesque setting for family picnics, swimming, canoeing and cycling. The city offers fantastic housing options for families of all size with great shopping and many fine restaurants and golfing to partake in.
The Hospital The Health Service supports an outer catchment population of 250,000 and has over 1,700 staff meeting the needs of the diverse regional community.

The Requirements
Current registration or eligible to obtain AHPRA registrar
At least 12 months experience in the Emergency Department
