The Role Staff Specialist (Maternal Fetal Medicine or High risk Obstetrics)
The Maternity unit sees a 1000+ births annually and staffing includes experienced midwives with highly respected MGP and KYM schemes.
The unit is supported by a Level 4 Neonatal and Intensive Care Unit. The role includes providing care for high risk pregnancies and participation in obstetric endocrine and high risk obstetric antenatal clinics.
Participation in obstetric ultrasound including fetal growth and Doppler studies.

The Requirements
Must hold the Fellowship qualification of RANZCOG.
IMG's must hold Specialist/consultant qualifications overseas and have been assessed by RANZCOG as Substantially Comparable.
