The role: 
You will be focussed on ensuring end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health is maintained in the context of a large program of technical change. You will be successful in the role by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other technical specialists, application specialists, vendors and end users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure end to end service delivery for enterprise systems are not impacted by the program of technical change.
  • Assist in the ongoing development, maintenance and deployment of application specific guides, work instructions and technical documents. (e.g. firewall request forms) 
  • Provide timely information, communication, and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders. 

Are you right for this role?
The successful candidate will require a general understanding of Queensland Health enterprise and local clinical systems that integrate via the Enterprise Integration Platform. You will have demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes and in the provision of high-level specialist advice and support for clinical applications.  Your application should highlight your previous experience in ensuring that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT/Clinical Business environment. Additionally, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
