About the roleYou will be working as part of an established team of flow cytometry specialists providing flow cytometric cell analysis as well as sorting services to our researchers.As an Advanced Research Assistant, you will be responsible for:Day-to-day operation and maintenance of flow cytometers.Training and supporting other members of staff/researchers in the use of the equipment.Providing technical support for the facilityCarrying out essential quality control procedures and troubleshooting.About youTo excel in this role, you should have the following:BSc in Biological Sciences with 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experiencePractical experience working with cell analysers and sortersPractical experience with maintaining and troubleshooting flow cytometersDetailed knowledge of flow cytometry applications with a focus on technical expertiseLong-term interest in instrumentation and biological sciencesExperience with using flow cytometry data analysis software (eg.
