The Facility: This is a Tertiary and level 3 Teaching Hospital with just under 400 beds and around 1,700 staff. The hospital services a population of 200,000 in a catchment area including urban communities, regional hospitals and remote Aboriginal communities.
The Role: Provide high quality of care to an enormous geographical area - the Top End of the Northern Territory. This will encompass the assessment of acute general medical inpatients, appropriate investigation and formulation of a management plan. High level of leadership skills will be required to manage a large team of junior staff in a busy unit.An incredible professional experience.
The Requirements: You must hold the FRACP and or be eligible to obtain it via training from NZ, UK, Ireland, USA or Canada.
