The Hospital:
Our client is a specialist medical clinic which has permanent and visiting specialists servicing the city and surrounding area. Registrar and Intern support is provided.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced senior medical officer/specialist to lead their dedicated team of medical officers in the Emergency Department.

This role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities. The Emergency Department has 10 treatment spaces, including a resuscitation room and a Fast-Track area, and treats approx. 15,000 patients annually.

The medical team is supported by a highly skilled emergency nursing team, including 2 nurse practitioners. It is a training site for ACRRM and ACEM.

The Requirements:

• To apply you must be registered as a Specialist with AHPRA and hold the FACEM
• Candidates sitting the fellowship clinical examinations are welcome to apply
• IMGs assessed by ACEM and deemed Substantially Comparable
