Applications for the above post are invited from enthusiastic, well organised individuals who have an interest in the delivery of acute care and ongoing review of ventilator dependent patients with complex care needs across NHS Highland who are held within the Sleep & Ventilation Service, Respiratory Department at Raigmore Hospital. Full registration with a licence to practice with the GMC is required.
This post provides an exciting opportunity to provide dedicated leadership in the development of key aspects of responsive, high quality and sustainable care within Inverness for adults with ventilator dependence and complex clinical care requirements.
The post holder will work closely with the Sleep and Ventilation Nurse Consultant to provide dedicated clinical leadership to develop the Service, to address all aspects of complex ventilated patient care provision, from prevention, pre-hospital care, immediate acute care and rehabilitation/ongoing care.
