LOCUM CONSULTANT OTOLARYNGOLOGIST

Applications are invited for the post of Locum Consultant Otolaryngologist for a period of 12 months, based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and the University of Aberdeen. The successful applicant will join an established team of six Consultants and will be expected to participate in the comprehensive Adult and Paediatric services provided by the department to the population of the Grampian, Orkney and Shetland regions.

The department are particularly looking to appoint an applicant with significant experience in Head and Neck surgery to support two existing Consultants working in this area. The Head and Neck team have close links with OMFS, Plastic Surgery, Radiology and Oncology in providing a multi-disciplinary service to their patients and the successful applicant would be expected to play a key role in this approach.

There are excellent transport links by road, rail and air.
