An exciting opportunity has become available for a Registered Nurse or Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in Lochaber as a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity.

Applicants should hold a Current NMC Registration or working to fulfil the requirements of Return to Practise, Full UK Driving Licence and availability of use of own car for work purposes.

The team in Lochaber work with a Multidisciplinary approach and as such applicants must have excellent communication, good IT skills and team working skills.

The post holder will be responsible for working with patients to the following services, Older Adult/Dementia.

To provide support to the caseload holder who is Band 6 CPN. The emphasis of this post is on supporting the service provided by the older adults CPN. However, to meet the needs of the service there will be a requirement to have input into the other CPN Specialities.
