An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 District Nurse to work as part of the West Caithness Community Nursing Team, based in Thurso, delivering nursing care within patients' home environments, managing caseload, support and supervising B5, B3 and students on placement.

The role will entail that you will process a variety of clinical skills and be able to demonstrate continued personal development. You will have good communication and personal skills, time management and organisational skills. You will need to have the ability to work alone and on your own initiative but still be a team player. You must be adaptable, self-motivated and able to respond to challenges.

This is permanent part-time post of 30 hours per week, covering across a 7-day rota in accordance with service requirements.

A full driving licence is essential for this post and a pool car will be available. Applicants are required to be fully registered with NMC UK as with valid PIN Number.
