The role

If you are finding the urban healthcare environment a little uninspiring, you will likely find substantial satisfaction in the challenge of a diverse casemix and meaningful community engagement on offer when working at our regional, rural or remote facilities. Based in Mount Isa, this role will also provide nursing relief throughout the Remote Facilities network including: Burketown, Camooweal, Dajarra, Karumba and Julia Creek.

Working towards endorsement with RIPRN or undergoing an appropriate Nurse Practitioner course would be highly regarded.

Proof of degree qualification and AHPRA registration required. Pre-employment screening will be conducted. VPD risk role: Hepatitis A/B, MMR, Varicella, Pertussis, and TB. 6 months probation.

The benefits

Base salary between $128,701 and $139,732 p.a., 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading, and 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
