About you:

In your new role you will…

  • Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies.
  • Possess high level of ability to identify opportunities for improvement using an innovative approach where appropriate with a strong customer focus.
  • Display capacity to work both autonomously and as a member of a team, ability to cope in a high-volume environment, consistently meet deadlines and adapt to change using initiative, organisation and planning, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Display high level organisational skills with the ability to provide secretariat functions as required.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio to prepare reports, presentations, collate data and analyse information.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will support the training and adoption activities for the implementation of the ieMR Hub and Spoke Project to all in-scope facilities within the CHHHS. The role will focus on providing bookings and resource coordination for training and adoption activities, maintenance of schedules and attendance registers, training documentation and action plans as required. The role will also provide general administration support to the Training and Adoption team.

About your role:

  • Provide high-level support to the Training and Adoption team through the preparation and coordination of bookings and resourcing through to use of well-developed written communication skills.
  • Implement, maintain and monitor effective and efficient administrative processes including Human Resources and Recruitment, for the Training and Adoption team to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Assist and support with planning and completion of ieMR Hub and Spoke Project training deliverables and timelines and undertake research to source information and collect data and tracking of action items as required.
  • Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with team members and stakeholders whilst working autonomously using sound judgement and initiative.
  • Prioritise tasks and ensure work targets are achieved within designated timeframes with limited supervision and contribute to team goals in a changing environment.
