NHS Highland - More jobs by this advertiser

NHS Highland Mental Health Services are looking to recruit Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) to the Community Mental Health Team.

The roles will be based in Inverness and work within the General Adult Psychiatry service dividing time between clinical service delivery and clinical skills education predominantly for undergraduate medical students on placement within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities service at New Craig’s Hospital and Community Mental Health Services.
We offer a collegial working environment and commitment to professional development.

NHS Highland area is an excellent location to work in for a positive work life balance. Not only does the area have a glorious city and beautiful towns and villages; we have stunning scenery for those who revel in the outdoors, which in our opinion, would be hard to beat anywhere in Scotland.  For those looking to relocate, we can support relocation expenses up £8,000 for eligible expenses.

The successful applicant will be educated to master's level with Advanced Practice.

We also invite candidates who are willing to work towards completion of the Advanced Practice pathway – any applicant engaged as trainee will be employed under Annex 21 of Agenda for Change terms and conditions during their traineeship.

Experience in Clinical Education would be beneficial to the role.

We look forward to hearing from you.  Informal enquiries are welcome to [email protected]

NHS Scotland is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.
