Your primary role will be in the Advanced Care Unit, but you may float to other departments as needed based on ACU census. You will serve as a liaison to providers to determine the appropriate level of care and unit placement across the hospital care continuum. Demonstrating competency in advanced nursing skills, you will promptly communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate provider. While working independently, you will collaborate with other nursing staff as needed.
