About you:

In your new role you will…

  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and the demonstrated ability and experience in assessing, planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating education and training for digital health clinical systems.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and ability in the application and use of digital health systems and information and communication technology across the health system.
  • Demonstrate ability to apply well-developed interpersonal, communication and training delivery skills within a multidisciplinary environment, including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution.
  • Display sound knowledge and the ability to apply contemporary Human Resource Management practice at the broad and specific level, with particular reference to workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Anti-discrimination.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will develop and maintain training content and resources specific to digital health clinical systems utilised across the CHHHS; and to deliver training and support services to multidisciplinary teams using diverse and flexible training methods.

About your role:

  • As part of a multidisciplinary team, collaboratively design and develop training materials (eg. curriculum, session plans, participant workbooks, user manuals, quick reference guides, promotional material, on-line platforms and videos) specific to digital health clinical systems to enable flexible delivery methods that are based on clinical workflows, roles and evidence-based practice.
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate digital health training sessions using diverse and flexible training methods in a variety of contexts (i.e. at the elbow, virtual, web-based, group forums, etc).
  • Engage, support and advocate for digital health clinical systems through the development and delivery of training and adoption activities.
  • Effectively manage own continuous learning and skills to ensure up-to-date knowledge of digital health clincial systems and training modalities.
  • Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resources management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
