About the Role

You will provide support to Registered and Enrolled Nurses and will role model the Darling Downs Health values. You will remain competent and calm under pressure while providing compassionate care to patients. Utilising your previous management experience, you will be expected to find innovative solutions to daily staffing, operational and educational issues, in conjunction with the Nurse Unit Manager.
