The role 

Reporting directly to the Principal Information Management Officer, you will be at the forefront of supporting the Department of Health's Records Management System (eDRMS). Your role involves providing direct user support or via a helpdesk approach, while also contributing to the enhancement of system security and configuration. Additionally, you will test system changes and collaborate with various business sectors within the Department to ensure eDRMS serves as a pivotal tool for empowering efficient records and information management. This is an exhilarating opportunity to make a tangible impact in optimising our organisational workflows.

The successful person

You will have demonstrated:

  • Expertise in configuring and administering Content Manager or similar systems.
  • Experience in managing technical service desks to achieve service delivery targets and meet agreed service levels.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive test cases and plans to ensure thorough testing of system modifications, including diagnosing and resolving incidents effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing or capable of developing linked dataset reporting with Power BI, and integrating with the Microsoft 365 Suite.
