Key duties include:
• Providing impeccable person-centered care • Personal care may be involved in your role • Ensuring safe and compassionate care for residents in Aged Care facilities • Managing and communicating clinical care needs professionally and efficiently • Ensuring compliance with PPE and workplace health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Must have flexible availability, including night shifts and early mornings • Willingness to assist as needed, including personal care duties • Up-to-date immunization records (both doses of COVID vaccine and booster shot) • Current flu vaccine (within the last 12 months) • Minimum 1-2 years of experience • AHPRA registration and relevant nursing qualification • Current police check
