About the role

The Nurse Manager – Digital Health Training is to be accountable at an advanced practice level for the design, implementation and assessment of Digital Health education and training programs, managing educational resources and providing Digital Health expertise related to educational and training matters within West Moreton Health.

The Nurse Manager - Digital Health Training is expected to lead, develop, and contribute to health service wide Digital Health training initiatives. Partnering with education teams, to ensure successful local application and adoption of Digital Health education strategies across all disciplines.

The Nurse Manager – Digital Health Training will lead and mentor Digital Health Adoption Coaches in the delivery of Digital Health Training and Education.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Advanced capability and knowledge level of Digital Health Applications.
  • High level of expertise in adult education within the current legislative and policy context.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Digital Health training and education opportunities.
  • Understanding and experience in Integrate nursing and health care knowledge, skills, and ability by supporting an evidence-based learning environment and participating in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
  • Experience in undertaking learning needs analysis, developing contemporary and innovative educational materials and utilising adult educational frameworks to engage and foster a learning culture within the clinical environment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member.
  • Demonstrated ability to use advanced communication skills to consult, negotiate, educate and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
