About the Role

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in Safety Operations teams to maintain service continuity to a hospital and community based healthcare services, and throughout Metro South Health.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of HSW strategies, systems and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the Principal Safety Consultant, Distributed Care and Services.
• Undertake auditing and assessments of relevant practices and systems to facilitate effective safety performance is aligned with organisational expectations, accreditation requirements, emerging trends and benchmarks.
• Lead and participate in the investigation of serious or complex incidents and contribute to the growth of safety culture through learning.
