The Position Full-Time position for an enthusiastic and team orientated Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine. The role is 50% clinical and 50% clinic support.
The Location Located on the southwest coast of Victoria, is a picturesque coastal city known for its stunning beaches, vibrant arts scene, and rich maritime history. The city is famous for its annual migration of southern right whales, which can be spotted from the shore between June and September. The ED sees over 25,000 presentations per year
ACEM Tier 3 Training Site.
Expanding Emergency Department across the region
Regional trauma and referral centre, seeing major trauma from road, farm, and factory.
Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration
FRACEP
Demonstrated extensive experience in Emergency Medicine and emergency medicine systems management, showcasing a track record of achievement in developing and implementing innovative programs for emergency patients.
Proven experience in medical administration, including developing and implementing strategic plans, driving continuous improvement, and managing accreditation processes.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
