About the Job:Exciting Opportunity: Join our team as a key contributor supporting the development, execution, and integration of various data projects for pharmaceutical and life science firms. This role involves providing leadership within our client's internal team and serving as a subject matter expert in specific work streams. We are seeking individuals with a passion for delivering creative solutions, thought leadership, and innovation in projects and practice areas particularly in the realm of Omnichannel Marketing Analytics.We'll trust you to: Provide analytical support to external customers (US/global pharmaceutical clients) and internal stakeholders on various high-complexity analytical projects/initiatives and help derive qualitative and quantitative insights Deliver all business-related tasks/activities, building project documentation and knowledge repository. Deliver task/client deliverables through a structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication through the delivery of services. Work closely with engagement teams and clients to conduct high-quality analysis to develop logical and insightful results; create innovative and effective recommendations; and develop well-structured, high-quality deliverables. Take ownership of multiple projects to drive project delivery with high quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.Tesponsible for developing and managing internal and external relationships as appropriate (US/Global leadership, client partners, etc.) Drive design and enhancement of existing services/deliverables Support the leadership in pursuing new business development opportunities.Contribute to firm-level initiatives to build out the India practice such as onboarding and training support, recruiting new team members; managing and coaching junior team members, and serving as a thought partner to colleagues. Develop and maintain knowledge repositories as needed within a specific function/therapeutic area.You'll need to have:Graduate/Masters degree degree in a relevant field e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics). 4+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing. Relevant work experience in campaign measurement, marketing analytics and resource optimization in the pharma domainProficiency in using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI) Extensive experience and knowledge of advanced Statistical models and methods, and Statistical Design of Experiments Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing analytics and associated strategies in the pharmaceutical industry (Channel and Content Affinity, Field Access, Alerts Suggestions, NBA, marketing mix omnichannel measurement, customer segmentation and profiling)Experience working with various pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., Rx data, Hub data, Digital Promotions, Anonymized patient level data etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing campaigns. Strong passion for understanding and devising solutions for the current issue areas in the pharma industryDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor the junior team members and collaborate with cross functional teams.
