If you have a group of Physicians that want to amalgamate and do the same, pick an area you want to be, we'll have an agent locate an appropriate space for you. My client would put in a pharmacy within the space and bring a value added service to your patients. The client will set up the financing and do all the leasehold improvements and your partners' expenses will not increase.
