Must-Haves1. Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred (either bachelors or Masters must be in Nursing),2. State of New Mexico licensed Registered RN or compact license to practice in the state.3, At least two (2) years Endoscopy leadership experience (at Manager level or above).4. At least five (5) years endoscopy nursing experience, ideally in a complex endoscopy setting preferred.5. Able to work collegially and collaboratively with staff, peers, and physicians. 6. Successfully communicates with the physicians regarding their schedules. 7. Keeps them informed regarding clinical or other issues affecting the Endoscopy Center. Listens to their concerns and requests while always working toward a mutually successful outcome.
