This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dietitian to step into a specialist role. The post is split 60/40 between gastroenterology / surgical and so offers a good variety of clinical experience.

The post is based with the Nutrition and Dietetic department at Raigmore Hospital, the acute hospital for NHSH in Inverness. This team has 8.5 wte dietitians, support workers and administration.  The post will support the leadership and development of the team to ensure the efficient delivery of the specialist services.

You will be part of the wider Nutrition and Dietetic service which includes community and specialist services for all of the North Highland area and as such will have the benefit of a wide range of skills, knowledge and support with inter departmental supervision and peer learning. We support dietetic student placements. 

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, innovative, can work well in a team, demonstrate good communication skills and an aptitude for sound clinical reasoning.
