The Position Our client is looking for an Advanced Rehabilitation Registrar to join the team on a full time basis. This is a fully accredited position for a registrar who is a trainee of AFRM and working towards Fellowship.
The Hospital This is a 280 bed acute and extended care facility which provides surgical, medical, paediatric, obstetrics and gynaecology, intensive care and psychiatry services as well as extended care and regional services. A high incidence of road accidents, skin cancer, farm injuries and work safety accidents occur in the region.
The Location Synonymous with great food, wine, waterways and weather this is a fantastic location to spend a few months. This regional city boasts a diversity of cultural, outdoor and sporting activities seldom found anywhere else. Located only two hours north of Melbourne, the area features magnificent food and wine, glorious weather and all the attractions and activities you could imagine in a regional city. The Requirements To apply one or more of the following may apply:
Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA
IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
IMG's assessed by the College and found to be either partially or substantially comparable.
At least 12 months recent experience in Rehabilitation Medicine
