Practice Details:

We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner with a strong interest in emergency medicine to join our healthcare team in the picturesque community of Quesnel, BC. This is a full-service position within a well-supported multi-physician medical clinic, providing a unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive family practice care. The role also involves on-call coverage for the Emergency Department (ED), fostering a dynamic and diverse medical experience. $350,000-450,000


RSA Incentives

Recruitment Incentive: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: $9,000-15,000
Retention Premium: 14.70%

GR Baker Memorial Hospital:

Quesnel Health Services provides medical services to Quesnel and surrounding areas. Health care facilities include GR Baker Memorial Hospital, Dunrovin Park Lodge, Westside Clinic and the Quesnel Primary Care Clinic. GR Baker Memorial Hospital is a full care hospital with 27 Acute Care beds, 4 ICU beds and 5 crisis stabilization beds.

Dunrovin Park Lodge is a 91-bed Intermediate Care residential facility with 19 Special Care beds. It provides respite services and an adult day program. The Quesnel and area palliative care’s hospice care beds are also located in this facility, for a total of 117 beds facility wide.

A new ER/ICU department opened 2023.
