About the New Graduate Therapist roles:

If you are looking to transition to therapy in a supportive and values driven environment, and want to work with an energetic and passionate team of professionals - we want you!

  • Positions will commence January 2024 for new graduate positions, or earlier for Therapy Assistants!
  • Be an active member of our New Graduate Support Network,
  • Be responsible for managing your caseload to provide timely and evidence-based intervention to people across the lifespan, and with a range of conditions
  • Provide intervention in a variety of locations; clinics, schools/preschools, in-home, group homes, via telehealth or at day programs. These may be delivered on an individual, group or consultative basis.
  • Attend internal professional development, and (following probation) access a generous external professional development, so that you continue to expand your skills and learning. In addition, utilise 10 days paid professional development per year (pro rata)
  • Allocated IT equipment such as an iPhone and laptop to help you work remotely,
  • Access to company car pool, or use your own car, with kilometre reimbursements.
  • Join a large multidisciplinary team of over 100 therapists across NSW, ACT & QLD
About you:
  • Genuine interest and commitment to the human services industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage acaseload in an efficient and effective manner
  • Understanding of assessments and interventions within the scope of your practice
  • Understanding of NDIS is desirable
  • Experience working with children, young people and adults with disability is desirable
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region
  • NDIS worker check, or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
